Refund Policy

Overview

CheatCheckr is a digital information service operated by Draco Starz Inc. When you purchase a scan, we immediately begin running queries against dating platforms and our image database to generate your report. Because the product is digital and delivered on demand, our refund policy is specific to the situations described below.

No Refunds for Delivered Results

All sales are final once accurate scan results have been delivered to you. A scan is considered delivered when the report is generated and made available in your account or emailed to the address provided at checkout. Because we cannot "un-run" a scan — the work has been performed, the data has been retrieved, and the result is yours — we do not issue refunds for scans that returned a correct result, regardless of whether that result was what you hoped to find.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scans that returned no matches (a valid and accurate result)
  • Scans that returned matches you did not want to see
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase
  • Disagreement with the scan findings absent evidence of error

When You ARE Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure to deliver. If our system fails to deliver your scan report within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or, at your option, a re-run of the scan at no charge.
  • Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same scan due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Unauthorized charges. If a charge was made without your authorization (e.g. your card was used fraudulently), contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Demonstrable error. If you can demonstrate that the scan report contains a factual error attributable to our system (not simply a result you disagree with), we will review the case and issue a refund where warranted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible circumstances above, email support@cheatcheckr.com within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order reference number
  • A description of the issue

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are almost always able to resolve issues directly and far more quickly than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution of your issue.

Billing Descriptor

Charges from CheatCheckr will not appear on your card statement as CHEATCHECKR. If you see this charge and don't recognize it, please contact us at support@cheatcheckr.com before disputing it with your bank.
